On Monday, September 16, 2024 members of the Potsdam Fire Dept. gathered for their monthly training. This month’s training topic was vehicle extrication. Members performed various aspects of extrication from door and roof removal to a steering column lift. During the training, members used the HURST eDRAULIC® battery powered cutter, spreader, and ram to perform the various extrication scenarios.
