The members of the Department gathered on Saturday evening, March 29th for the Ladies Night Banquet. It was held at the Potsdam Elks Lodge. Emcee Torey Russell of the W. Stockholm Dept. welcomed members and guests to the festivities. After dinner, the following awards were presented: Cameron Frost, 5 yrs of service. Conor Corbett 20 years of service, Audie Jerome 40 yrs of service, Jim Mason 45 yrs of service. Mike Jerome Jr. is "agitator of the year". Chiefs Awards went to John Keleher and Brandon Bahr. Sam Allen is Rookie of the year. The Spring arm award or "I'll Drive!" went to Michael Keleher. The final award of the evening Fireman of the Year, was presented to Sean Corbett. Sean is a 20+ year member of Hook and Ladder Co. 1. Congratulations to all! We would also like to thank the members of Canton Fire who stood by at our station so we could enjoy the night out.
